In addition to liberal arts courses, you’ll take classes in botany, biology, chemistry, soil science, math and environmental science or ecology. Elective options in agriculture include courses in organic gardening, beekeeping, food preservation and storage, mushroom foraging and sustainable farming. This may include work as an agronomist, improving agricultural practices, a farm manager, a conservationist, a research scientist, a horticulturist or as a consultant to farmers around the world.
