BIT<\/strong> (Business & Information Technology) certificates and degrees will help you advance your career<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0transfer<\/strong> to another institution of higher education. Enhance your skills with us! Many business students use the Business Administration Transfer (BAT)<\/strong><\/a> program as a gateway to the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. We provide a small class size<\/strong> environment with regular student\/faculty interaction.<\/div>\n

The BIT department is located in the Main Building, North end, 4th floor<\/strong>. We are near the Math Studio. Come visit. We offer free snacks!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Transfer Degree<\/h3>\n

Leads to an Associate in Arts degree in Business Administration Transfer (BAT)<\/a> for transfer to a bachelor\u2019s degree program to study: Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, and Sports Management.<\/p>\n

Leads to an Associate in Science degree in Business Administration General (BAG)<\/a>, with courses in Management, Marketing, Economics, Computer Information Systems, E-commerce, Website Design, Digital Marketing<\/p>\n

Students study a core set of general business and general education<\/strong> courses with an expanded set of course electives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Career Certificates<\/h3>\n

Lead to a career-related certification. Some certificates stack into Associate Degree programs in business, information technology or liberal arts programs.<\/p>\n
