1. Login to MyGCC <\/a><\/strong>with your GCC account username and password. If you do not know your current password, you can reset your password<\/a><\/strong> or submit a helpdesk ticket<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. If this is the first time you're logging into MyGCC<\/a><\/strong> you will be asked to set up security questions before moving forward. Once set, click on My Account<\/strong> near the top of your window and under Personal Information<\/strong> select Security Management<\/strong>. Click on the blue Change my password<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

3. In the Change Password Request box that opens, enter your current (or temporary) password in the Current Password<\/strong> box. Create a new password<\/strong> based on the criteria listed in that box and retype that password to confirm<\/strong> it.<\/p>\n

4. Click on the blue Save<\/strong> button. If your password change was successful, you will receive a message that your password has been changed.<\/p>\n

5. After you change your password in MyGCC<\/a><\/strong>, wait 5 minutes for the sync process to run before using it to log into email or Moodle<\/a>.<\/p>\n
