In Chrome<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> In the upper right corner of the Chrome window, click on the three vertical dots to access Chrome\u2019s menu<\/strong>. From the Chrome menu, choose Delete Browsing Data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> On the Delete browsing data window, click on the More<\/strong> drop down menu and choose All time<\/strong>. Check the boxes for Browsing History, Cookies and other site data and cached images and files <\/strong>and click on the blue Delete data<\/strong> button. It may take a minute or so to complete.<\/p>\n

3. Close<\/strong> all Chrome<\/strong> windows that you have open. Reopen Chrome<\/strong> and navigate to the page that was not loading correctly.<\/p>\n

In Firefox<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> In the upper right corner of the Firefox window, click on the three horizontal lines to access Firefox\u2019s menu <\/strong>and choose Settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> From the Settings menu choose Privacy & Security<\/strong>. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data<\/strong> section and click on the Clear Data<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> In the Clear browsing and data cookies box, next to When<\/strong>: choose Everything<\/strong>. Check the box for Temporary cached files and pages <\/b>and click on the Clear<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Close<\/strong> all Firefox <\/b>windows that you have open. Reopen Firefox <\/strong>and navigate to the page that was not loading correctly.<\/p>\n
