The GCC Foundation offers three scholarship application rounds annually (fall, winter and spring) for new, continuing and transferring students. Visit their website for deadlines and application info.

  • The Unigo platform allows users to create a customized profile for scholarship searches. This is a very comprehensive database with many options for sorting scholarship opportunities, and postings for one of the widest ranges of scholarships of all of the aggregating accounts. Unigo partners with Appily (also below) and many of the lists on these two sites will be identical.
  • With high-quality, expert content and unbiased recommendations, Scholarships360 helps students unpack the most complicated issues related to paying for college. Scholarships360 was created by students, for students. It is 100% cost-free and spam-free and offers scholarships for levels of study from high school through graduate school.
  • Red Kite has over $25 billion in scholarships, grants, loans and more compiled on their website. Once a student profile is created, the Red Kite search engine finds personalized scholarship recommendations.
  • Scholly is an aggregator of scholarship opportunities that relies on the user creating a student profile that is then used to match students to scholarships by due date, amount of effort required to apply, and other variables. Scholly is owned by student loan company Sallie Mae.
  • The U.S. Department of Labor offers a comprehensive scholarship search database through the Career One Stop website. Use this site also to access valuable resources on career options, unique education and training opportunities, and job search information.
  • Find scholarships through Peterson’s Test Prep. This online education tool offers users scholarship resources, as well as access to standardized exam preparation, including practice tests, eBooks, and online courses. It is ideal for researching undergraduate and graduate school programs, finding tuition assistance, exploring academic opportunities and preparing for professional careers.
  • Appily is a leader in providing comprehensive information for students and families on the college experience. Link other sites on this list, their scholarship search engine involves creating a user profile and then being matched with scholarship opportunities that fit the profile.
  • The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its MassHire360 online platform, provides a comprehensive list of private scholarships, across industries and with a wide range of qualifying criteria. From the MassHire360 login page, follow the on-screen instructions to log in as a Massachusetts Resident.
  • For student who are currently or were previously in foster care, or adopted from foster care, many resources are available to assist with financing college. Start with the comprehensive information available from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Children and Families.
